3rd Annual

Building Bridges, Removing Barriers Summit.

December 9-10, 2026

Save The Date

Those who serve in helping roles continually pour into the lives of others.

Our gathering in December will offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, and be renewed while listening to the stories and honoring the experiences of those we serve. Together, we will create space for listening, learning, connection, and thoughtful insight into how we keep our cups full.

Join us for a meaningful time of healing, encouragement, insight, and renewal.

The annual "Building Bridges, Removing Barriers" summit is more than an event—it's a labor of love. Founded and hosted by nationally renowned Racial Equity expert Joyce James, the summit unites helping systems leaders and people who have lived through systemic oppression as partners in a shared fight against racial injustice. Joyce pours herself into this work tirelessly, yet with unmistakable joy, because she believes transformation is possible. Her hope is bold and unwavering: that systems and the leaders who run them will be held accountable for how they've failed children, youth, families, and communities—especially Black communities. The mission is to empower decision-makers to act—not someday, but now—so that EVERY child can thrive.
